Pay-as-you-go, no long term committments, no initiation fee. All group instruction is $5.00 any class, personal training by appointment $45.00 per hour.

What do I need to bring to my first visit to Tabor Fit & Fabulous?

Fill out this Questionnaire about your health history and goals. Bring it to your first class. Wear comfortable clothing, cross-trainers (no running shoes) and a sports drink or water bottle. Be ready to have a good time and feel great!
