Hi/Lo Impact Aerobics
Hi/Lo impact gets down to some good old fashioned cardio with a hip new twist! Bring it to the floor with this stylized Hi/Lo class that will take you into a journey of classic aerobic movements mixed with cool new dance moves.
Step Aerobics
Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, this aerobic class will get your heart pumping. This class is loaded with dance-inspired moves and traditional step choreography to challenge every level for an exciting workout.
Cardio "kick butt" Kickboxing
Boxing is my specialty and my passion. High energy athletic moves put to slammin’ high energy music. This class combines the 4 basic punches, jab, cross, hook and uppercut with kicks and knee thrusts. Bob & weave, shuffles improve your agility and foot work. Traditional kickboxing drills and combinations with combat style movements. Punch the boxing bag or spar with me! Be prepared to work hard and have fun doing it. Bring you’re A game because my game is A+!
Strength Conditioning/Muscle Sculpt
Classic strength training moves used to challenge, increase and improve muscle tone. This powerful work out sculpts and defines every inch while you develop athletic strength, balance and control.
First class is always free!
