At Tabor Fit & Fabulous our mission is to help you achieve your fitness goals. Certified group aerobics instructor and personal trainer, Yvonne Tabor, will work with you to develop a plan, determine a fitness routine, and provide a motivated fitness experience that will ensure that you succeed! Tabor Fit & Fabulous is located in Urbana in the Frederick, MD area. Classes are held in an intimate setting. Men and women welcomed. Personal training sessions are also available.
